Role Description

This is a full-time - direct hire - on-site role as a Program Manager - Construction at Our Client Site, in Dearborn, MI. As a Program Manager - Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including contractors, architects, and engineers, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and resolving any project-related issues.

• Proven experience managing construction projects
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Ability to interpret and review construction plans and specifications
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g. Project Management Professional) are a plus
