About the Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant opportunity

• Shifts are 2pm-midnight or 10 am – 10 pm
• Full time is 120 hours a month, most PAs on the Team work 10-15 hours of overtime for extra pay
• Patient Demographic tends to be Private Insurance
• EMR is EPIC
• Fast Track and Level II Trauma
• 5 PAs in group manage schedule together
• PAs see level 1-4 patients
• Residents in ER
• Very supportive Physician Group

Requirements of the Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant opportunity

• Graduate with Master’s Degree as Physician Assistant
• National certification
• Oregon State Medical License
• Open to flexible schedule for work and life balance
• Over one year of experience in Emergency Medicine
• Assessing abdominal pain, suturing, shortness of breath, orthopedic injuries, chest pain, headache and more
• DEA
• Enjoy shift work and schedule that includes nights
• Enjoy working with team of different MDs and PAs

Perks of the ER Physician Assistant opportunity

• Hourly rate is $85-90/hour with incentive bonus each hour
• Hourly bonus is 3% - 1.5 patients, 6% 1.6 patients, 9%- 1.7 patients
• Full time is 120 hours a month
• Overtime pay is time and half
• Holiday pay is time and half (Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day)
• PTO accrued at 1 hour every 25 hours worked
