About the Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Family Medicine opportunity

• Team approach to patient care (not a solo Provider model), Physician, NP, PA, RN, MA
• EMR is EPIC
• Phlebotomy in the office
• Radiology is outsourced local
• Most patients are adult; some Pediatrics (Provider in each office with Peds experience so Internal Medicine experience works)
• 10-12 patients a day; 4 hour block model with2 - 4 hour patient sessions each day
• Office hours are staggered, 7:45-6, Monday-Friday and 7:45-12 on Saturday to allow for early and late appointments
• Call is phone only and light, Nurse triage first
• No comprehensive GYN care and no OB
• One hour of Admin time each block (am and pm block)

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Family Medicine opportunity

• Masters level training as PA or NP completed
• Massachusetts State medical License
• Interest in Family Medicine Practice ( if comfort seeing adults only there is a Provider to cover the occasional Pediatric visit)
• Commitment to more rural living and this area
• Team player
• Comfort with EPIC and efficient note taking in EMR

• Base Salary $120,000 or higher
• Tuition reimbursement
