Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Internal Medicine opportunity in Portland, Oregon. Work 4 days each week! One year of experience required.
About the PA or NP Internal Medicine opportunity

• Well established multi-physician Practice nestled in Portland
• Panel style medicine
• Each Provider has a Medical Assistant and shares a RN and Care Coordinator with team Physician
• See 14-16 patients each day (32 hours each week clinical)
• Labs on site
• Mammogram, Ultrasound, Dexamethasone Suppression test, X-ray, Sleep Study and Pulmonary Function Testing all on site
• See patients for Wellness visits, follow ups, and acute care visits
• One Saturday every 4-6 weeks (only 8-12)
• Office hours are 8:30am-5 pm Monday-Friday
• EMR is Nexgen

Requirements of the PA or NP Internal Medicine opportunity

• Graduate of Masters Program (Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
• National Certification
• Oregon State Medical License
• Over one year of experience in outpatient Primary Care
• Open to Saturday am clinic hours every 4-6 weeks
• Team focus and strong communication
• Comfortable with EMR and Progress note documentation and coding
