Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Links Indoor Golf location in Pocatello, ID. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales, and overseeing the retail team.
Duties:
- Support the Manager in all aspects of location operations
- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage golf simulator's, inventory, replacement parts, etc...
- Assist in pricing strategies, sales promotions, and events
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
- Knowledge of operations is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors
- Strong budgeting skills to assist in financial management
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Proficiency in POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Sales management skills to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
