- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with other backend frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, etc.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
