Location: Denver, CO (Day 1 Onsite)

Note: Candidate Must have Airlines Domain Experience and RoadMap Architecture and Implementation Designing Experience.
Job Description:
The UI/UX Architect will play a pivotal role in designing the user experience for our Frontier Products. This position involves a blend of creative and technical skills, aimed at delivering intuitive, user-centered designs and wireframes for new products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging user experiences and a proven track record of bringing complex design concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design of innovative user interfaces and user experiences for new products, from concept through to launch.
· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product vision and user needs.
· Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
· Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user pain points to be addressed in the design.
· Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
· Stay abreast of UI/UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
· Create and maintain a UI/UX design library to ensure consistent branding and user experiences across multiple products.
· Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
· Lead and mentor junior designers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
· A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, and other prototyping tools.
· Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
· Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
· Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
