**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This position will procure goods and services in accordance with Pinnacles Policies and Procedures as well as other agreements as assigned.

Provide comprehensive procurement support including:

o Create and maintain Purchase Orders and all accompanying actions in compliance with AS9100, CMMI, CPSR, and Pinnacle requirements.

o Develop strategic relationships with vendors/supplier.

o Perform market research.

o Develop procurement evaluation considerations.

o Assess vendor risk & balance against optimum quality & schedule needs.

o Prepare vendor RFQ/RFP.

o Evaluate vendor RFQ/RFP responses to determine most desirable path forward (including cost/price analysis).

o Develop negotiation position.

o Negotiate Price, terms and conditions, & lead time.

o Perform activities related to procurement of goods or services utilizing Cost Point Procurement module.

o Ensure orders, amendments, and other documentation is maintained in accordance with corporate compliance.

o Manage buyer queue with little to no assistance

o Multi-task in a fast paced environment

o Able to re-prioritize as the need arises.

Review and negotiate Nondisclosure Agreements

Assist in CPSR audit preparedness

Other duties as assigned.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:**

Two years of applicable experience required.

Internet research abilities.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel and Word.

Good ethics and sound character.

Excellent analytical, and organizational skills; and the ability to handle details, meet deadlines, and work under general direction.

Self Starter who is able to multi?task and adapt to fast paced environment in support of multiple customers.

Team player and ability to effectively interface with other functional departments.

Ability to manage large work-loads with quick turn-around.

Deals with confidential information or issues using discretion and judgement.

Results oriented individual who enjoys both day?to?day activities and special projects.

CostPoint/SharePoint

International Contracting exposure

Experience working with Federal Procurement

Experience/understanding of FAR

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

Bachelor's degree required. NOTE: An additional 4 years of applicable experience may substitute for a degree.

Masters in Business Administration preferred.

**SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)**

Travel up to 10% required.
