LinQuest is seeking a SkillBridge Subcontracts Associate Intern to join our team
LinQuest has a nationally-recognized reputation for technical excellence. We provide world-class engineering and hands-on support to our DoD customers for critically important National Security space programs, systems, and vehicles, including spacecraft. You will be joining a team of professionals and providing your unique viewpoints and skills, with opportunities to gain valuable experience and exposure to government Subcontracting.
SkillBridge Internship Program Qualifications

• Has served at least 180 days on active duty
• Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
• Will receive an honorable discharge
• Have taken any service TAPS/TGPS
• Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
• Received Unit Commander written authorization and approval to participate in the DoD SkillBride program prior to the start of internship

Responsibilities

• Supports various projects such as performing research, data gathering, as well as updating and maintaining databases, files and documents
• Actively participate in negotiations such as Nondisclosure Agreements and/or Teaming Agreements
• Supports the Subcontracts team by participating in a variety of activities and training
• Prepare and maintain subcontracts files in accordance with internal processes
• Other responsibilities as assigned
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required

Required Skills And Experience

• Contracts, Purchasing, or Subcontracts preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft office programs
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• The ability to obtain a security clearance is required
