Linxx Global Solutions, LLC. (Linxx) is currently seeking a Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) - Training Advisor who shall perform and instruct basic to advanced levels of classroom, laboratory, and practical instruction in support of the NECC Combat Skills Continuum and other live fire shooting courses executed by EODTEU TWO. This position is based at JEB Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach, VA.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students on various EOD training aids based on enemy Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and course objectives.
• Manage instructor qualifications, certifications, student counseling techniques, and professional development training.
• Subject Matter Expert for assigned divisions and in evaluating EOD training exercises and available resources; role players, equipment, training aids, etc.
• Support “multi-divisional” complex training schedules to accommodate customer training needs.
• Provide material solution recommendations to EOD TTPs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge and experience in utilizing various EOD training aids to enhance training based on enemy TTPs and course objectives;
• Knowledge and experience in managing instructor qualifications, certifications, student counseling techniques, and professional development training;
• Knowledge and experience as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned divisions and in evaluating EOD training exercises and available resources; role players, equipment, training aids, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in supporting “multi-divisional” complex training schedules to accommodate customer training needs;
• Knowledge and experience in providing material solution recommendations to EOD Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP);
• Knowledge and experience in communicating with senior government officials regarding program status, milestones, obstacles, etc.

Required Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 8-10 years of operational EOD or SEAL experience with an honorable discharge (DD-214)
• Master Training Specialist certification or equivalent
• Secret security clearance
