Job Description:
Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking to launch your career in sales? Lion Energy, a leader in sustainable power solutions, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Inside Sales team as Entry Level Inside Sales Representatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn competitive pay with uncapped commission while promoting innovative energy products that make a difference.
Responsibilities:
•Engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce Lion Energy's battery and solar generator products.
•Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy solutions and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
•Utilize our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to achieve sales targets.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
•Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
•Technical proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft 365, and other sales software.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
•Problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues and objections effectively.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.
