Job Title: Senior Tax Advisory Associate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Advisory Associate to join our client’s growing team, with a leading professional services and management consulting firm. As a Tax Advisory Professional, you will work with a diverse range of complex tax issues across industries, providing expert advice on tax.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, advisory, and consulting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored tax solutions
• Research and analyze complex tax issues and legislation, communicating findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
• Collaborate with other tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA preferred or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory services, with a focus on corporate or partnership tax
• Strong technical knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
