The Administrative Assistant will report to the CEO and COO
Job Overview:
We are a fun and growing real estate company located right outside Old Town Orange seeking a full time front desk - administrative assistant to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am- 5 pm.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Welcome in and Greet Clients
Check messages, answer and direct all incoming phone calls to appropriate parties.
Daily Filing creating new files and mailing out documents when needed.
Handle Office Supply orders when requested.
Maintain Front and back-office area.
Learn and use of Property management software App Folio for basic tasks such as work orders etc.
Handle small clerical office projects when needed.
Qualifications:
High School graduate and or College degree
Experience in office administration and customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is very well organized with attention to detail. The ideal candidate is also punctual and reliable. Must possess excellent communication skills and an upbeat, fun- friendly and positive personality!
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 am- 5 pm.
