• Receives all food and non-food items - inspects for quality and quantities ordered
• Ensures all items are shelved with proper identification and complies with the dating and marking policy
• Organizes and maintains dented cans separate from other food sources
• Keeps all cold, frozen, and dry storages well organized and clean. Regular cleaning schedule of these areas
• Assists pulling frozen items 
• Works with chef and sous chef to maintain par levels
• Sets up dish machine area and may serve in utility capacity
• Assists with loading dishes in machine as needed
• Must maintain and obey the dietary laws for maintaining a Kosher environment in our community.
