Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure smooth functioning. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and leadership skills.

Duties:

• Responsible for working closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory based best practices.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and review important strategies and operational policies and procedures for company growth and inventory losses.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Work with the management team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Provide inspired leadership for the company and help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and motivating staff.
• Responsible for ensuring that each employee has the resources they need to complete their job by managing inventory, transportation, budgeting and hiring procedures.
• Oversee accounting, bank processes and money handling, monitor the financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
• Forecast requirements by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Manage market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals.
• Assist Human Resources department with recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees when necessary.
• Act as a liaison between employees and the management team.
• Any additional duties as assigned by the management.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
• Two or more years of proven work experience in an operations management role.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Solid understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, motivational, and organizational skills
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, customers, and employees.
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
• Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
• Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
