Bookkeeper Needed for Property Management Company. Would work directly with owner.

We manage a portfolio of approximately 30 rental properties throughout Florida.

Duties:

-Acct Receivable/Payable- Making sure all bills are paid on time for all the properties.

-Order from Vendors and ensuring deliveries are received

-Financial Reports

-Payroll

-Reconciling

-Making/reviewing contracts with vendors and contractors

-Maintaining insurance on all properties

Skills needed:

-Detail Oriented and Organized

-Maintain organized calendar

-Quickbooks online

-Experienced or Certified in Bookkeeping

-Part or Full Time
