This role requires travel to various locations and offers an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a mobile work environment. *Position Overview:* As a Regional Maintenance Director at LionStone Care, you will oversee the maintenance operations for multiple facilities. Your role will involve ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and provide a safe environment for residents and staff. This position is perfect for a maintenance professional who enjoys flexibility and variety in their work environment. *Responsibilities:* * *Maintenance Oversight:* Manage and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks. * *Travel:* Travel to various LionStone Care facilities to provide maintenance support, assess facility needs, and implement maintenance plans. * *Compliance:* Ensure all maintenance practices comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. * *Safety:* Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe and meet all health and safety standards. * *Budget Management:* Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints. * *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with facility administrators, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to facility maintenance. * *Vendor Management:* Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and repairs. * *Quality Improvement:* Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implement best practices to enhance facility operations. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting. * Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and travel extensively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary based on experience. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Generous paid time off and holiday pay. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * Supportive and collaborative work environment.
