The Shared Services Support Analyst, reporting to the IT Support Manager, will provide first line support to internal shareholders who utilize our ERP system. The analyst will guide the client through the resolution of problems related to the application of the ERP system in our Accounting, Financial Services and Credit and Collections teams in a professional, precise and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for our business users to provide day-to-day support for the ERP application and related systems
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution with the training and support of seasoned ERP Analysts
• Assist in configuration settings, maintenance, and functional documentation within the ERP system
• Support our internal Shared Services team with first level escalation of issues/ concerns with the ERP system
• Other duties and projects as directed

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business or related field preferred
• 1 year of related professional experience in Accounts Payable/ Receivable, Accounting, Credit and Collections or Finance preferred
• ERP experience a plus
• High-level of technical/ systems acumen
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced working with cross-functional change management initiatives
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
• Ability to work few hours on weekends when needed. ( less than 20% )
