Essential Functions
- Unload trucks using a scanner or pick list generated by Supervisor/Manager
- Performs all computer functions necessary to complete job
- Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with department leader to rectify damages and shortages – specifically relating to glass
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department leader
- Responsible for keeping production lines stocked with glass according to schedule
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work/day are determined by production schedules and your reporting manager.

Required Education and Experience
None
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of factory-related experience in shipping
- Licensed forklift truck operator
- Manufacturing/industry experience
- Glass warehouse experience
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
