* Attend adjunct faculty orientation session

* Review and be familiar with Student Handbook

* Meet with course coordinator to determine clinical or laboratory and for individual mentoring

* Model and communicate the Christian experience to students are related to life and learning and demonstrate active membership in a Christian fellowship

* Facilitate engaging individual and group instructional activities

* Respond to student questions and concerns in a professional manner

* Motivate students to actively participate in all aspects of the education process

* Apply sufficient, consistent rigor in grading students, giving substantive feedback and critical evaluation within one week of the due date for the assignment

* Assist students in achieving course objectives and learning outcomes

* Facilitate engaging individual and group instructional activities

* Maintain favorable course evaluations

* Complete student evaluations and report grades to course coordinator

* Schedule review of clinical instructor evaluations with course coordinator
