The Compliance Associate will provide support to the Senior Vice President of Compliance addressing e-waste, workplace health and safety, and the impact on the global community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Providing regular, frequent safety and compliance checks
• Ensuring that maintenance logs are up to date and assisting the SVP with documentation and taking corrective action as necessary
• Maintaining training records
• Completing and filing export/import documentation ensuring compliance to U.S. and foreign laws as well as compliance to e-Stewards' and Liquid Technology's standards and procedures
• Identify, correct, and document minor nonconformities as necessary
• Review risk assessments as necessary
• Review and make recommendations for improvement

Required Skills

• Sincere interest and/or knowledge in QEHS
• Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic with a very high attention to detail
• Dedication and a genuine desire to help improve the workplace
• Some travel will be required
• Steel toed boots must be worn at all times while in the warehouse
• Any knowledge of e-Stewards and related requirements would be a huge plus
• Knowledge and/or interest in computer hardware is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

This position is on-site 5 days per week with a possible transition to hybrid/remote upon satisfactory completion of training.
