Liquid Agency is Hiring a Client Director Near Dallas, TX

Liquid Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Director! This is a remote position that must be based in the Dallas Metro Area. The salary range for this position is $95k - $120k depending on experience.

If you have a proven track record in fostering long term client relationships, developing and managing profitable accounts, and driving business growth, we want to hear from you. As a Client Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing success and growth of Liquid Agency through effective client management and strategic leadership.

You will work as a part of a team to create brand-aligned employee and customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

Serve as the primary client relationship liaison between client and agency, fostering trust and confidence in the partnership.

Foster account growth through providing strategic counsel and effective solutions through the lens of Bx, Ex and Cx.

Proactively oversee day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, creating and environment for thriving client and Liquid team relationships and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality work

Drive the financial health of assigned accounts, focusing on revenue growth and profit margins with support from team leads, and taking ownership of fiscal responsibility for key milestones.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business objectives, collaborating with other disciplines to manage expectations and mitigate conflicts both internally and with clients

What you bring:

8 years of agency account experience, leading and managing strategy, brand, communications, advertising, or marketing programs

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact successfully with clients and team members at all levels

Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships in a highly creative and passionate environment

Collaborative, curious, confident, and empathetic, with strong initiative and follow-through skills

Ability to travel up to 50%
