- Must live or be willing to move within 20 miles of the office.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and have professional keyboarding skills.
- Must like to work with the public and employees.
- Experience in database administration or financial analysis, preferred.
- Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills. Strong customer service skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to learn Sage 100 accounting software, SQL management studio, Crystal Reports, WordPress, and other software that may be necessary to run the business.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Assist in the day-to-day business operations. Provide backup coverage for the VP of Operations.
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the operation is stocked with necessary inventory and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the accounting to monitor spending, and process payroll, work tickets, A/R and A/P invoices using Sage 100 ERP software
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Update the company E-Commerce and websites.
- Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
- Provide IT technical support.
