Liquidity Services, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Vehicle Donation Program Coordinator

General Summary

The Vehicle Donation Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the relationships with our Donation Program clients, vehicle donors and tow/transportation vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Assignments – The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the processing of over 2,000 vehicles annually for the Phoenix, Tucson, Los Angeles, and Dallas locations. The Program Coordinator requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and must understand the process in full beginning with the initial vehicle assignment to the settlement payment to the Donation Program client
  • Make contact to the donor within two hours to explain the process and address any concerns
  • Communicate with the transportation vendor to arrange removal of the donated vehicle
  • Communicate with the donor regarding any title issues that need to be corrected
  • Update the Donation Program vehicle tracker spreadsheet
  • Communicate daily updates to the Donation Program Clients

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • 4 years office experience preferred

Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Excellent Time management & organizational skills
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Ability:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt, and do what it takes to execute initiatives

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands:

  • Work hours are typically 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday. This role will initially be a part time position with flexible hours.
