Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to key departments including machine shop, information technology, finance, procurement, and facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflows, quality standards adherence, and timely deliverables.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures for operational excellence.
• Foster collaboration and communication between departments to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational strategies aligned with the company's mission and vision.

Qualifications:
