Operations Service Representative – $30,000 (1099 position)

Part-Time/Full-Time [Sunday - Thursday w/Friday availability] This is a non-smoking job.

The Operations Service Representative is the first line of communication consumers have when connecting with our product and getting to know our brand. Whether it’s handling a customer issue, updating merchandising materials, cleaning/defrosting freezers, handling damaged product or even freezer placement; you are the smile every customer and store associate see and the voice they begin to rely on.

General Responsibilities:

As the Operations Service Representative, it is your responsibility to maintain the order and cleanliness of the zone’s warehouse and stock freezer within that warehouse. However, the majority of your time will be spent driving to multiple locations, collecting pre-order information, cleaning, maintaining, and properly merchandising the freezers at various store locations with the 120 miles zoned radius. Most importantly, it is to relay all information to your zone team and the Distribution Manager of Florida.

Daily Activity:

• Visit multiple accounts within an assigned 120 mile zoned radius to maintain the cleanliness of each chest freezer and the products inside.
• Some shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM.
• Verify the quality of inventory within the freezer i.e. product rotation, remove damaged/expired products etc.
• Service the backstock located within the store’s back-room freezers where applicable.
• Install merchandising displays, pricing materials, and promotional signage.
• Collect Pre-order information i.e. a count of each flavor and what is needed to fill the freezer.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with account managers, associates, and customers.
• Establish contact lists and build networking performance with Team Lead/Coaches/Department Staff/Front End, etc.
• Reports all inquiries/issues/changes to Zone Team to maintain one unified direction.
• Handle all situations as you have been trained by the Operations and Logistics Manager.
• Maintain order of inventory and cleanliness within all freezers & the warehouse.
• Assist with the allocation of all warehouse deliveries and mail while on location.

Requirements:

• Must go through a background check.
• The willingness and capacity to follow directions.
• Must have a reliable car.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to pass a random drug test.
• A clean FL Driver’s License.
