We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative who will engage in excellent customer service to our existing and prospective clients. Works efficiently in a fast paced environment. This candidate will also be able to be apart of our Trade Show Customer Service team and go to trade shows around the country!

Responsibilities and Duties/Job Requirements:
· Knowledge of the general concept of Customer Relationship Management
· Articulate and professional with the ability to multi-task
· Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
· Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered.
· Customer service and order taking experience preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Knowledge of Magento ERP System
· Knowledge of NetSuite ERP System

· Microsoft Word/Excel
