Job Overview
Seeking a new team member responsible for accurately recording day to day financial transactions and assisting with office administrative tasks.
Duties
- Check and verify invoices, receipts, computer printouts, etc.
- Assist with reconciling and balancing accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with preparing checks, payments, and bank deposits
- Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
- Assist with fielding incoming phone calls
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience working in bookkeeping position (preferred)
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient skills in Quickbooks (preferred)
- Able to work both independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
