General duties include:
- Manages coverage for providers for Nursing call outs
- Receives and manages telephone calls
- Runs and participates in daily huddles and manage review schedules
- Manages and maintains waiting room, office and exam rooms, as needed
- Monthly inspections of all emergency equipment and supplies including expiration dates
- Performs duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer to support and ensure general medical operation of LISH
- Will provide relevant information about the PCMH program including brochures, that describe the valve and goals of the program to patients. The information disseminated will be based upon the person's role as it relates to patient care within LISH.
- Participates in maintaining safety of work environment
- Maintains office supplies and inventory and orders all medical and lab supplies.
- Provides oversight for Quality Management and Infection Control at dedicated sites.
- Adheres to agency's policies, procedures, rules and regulations of confidentiality
