Teachers shall perform such duties and responsibilities associated with the teaching profession, those outlined in Lisle CUSD 202 policies, and those required by the Illinois School Code.
POSITION PURPOSE:
To facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational
needs of individual students and by creating a flexible, safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in job related area -Master’s degree in related area preferred.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:

• Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Bilingual Endorsement in Spanish (as well as ESL Endorsement Preferred)
• Preferably “Highly Qualified” by having taken the applicable Elementary/ Middle / Secondary grades test if available.

SALARY:
Based on experience per the LEA Collective Bargaining Agreement; Comprehensive Benefits Package; 181 Day Calendar;
