Lite DePalma Greenberg & Afanador, LLC is seeking a litigation associate with 3 years of litigation experience to join our Newark office. Flexibility and work from home opportunity available.
This associate will work on a range of cases involving employment defense, labor counseling and negotiations, public entity tort liability defense, constitutional civil rights defense, criminal defense, and class action litigation.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Candidates must also have strong time-management skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
