Litex Industries, Limited is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Euless, TX

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 10-Key and typing skills preferable
  • Excellent verbal, written and spelling skills preferred
  • Must have excellent listening skills
  • Motivated, friendly, punctual, reliable, and cheerful
  • Critical thinking, acute memory, excellent recall highly useful and expected
  • Intuitive and able to adjust to varying call situations
  • Confident decision-making abilities and authoritative knowledge of products
  • Pleasant phone demeanor, able to make small talk and foster relationships with customers—valuing the small things like using their name and remembering the account names/numbers
  • Ability to exercise self-control, using calm, rational speech and thought processes during escalated situations
  • Dedication to being an integral part of the customer service team—taking pride in how you make the team look as a whole daily
  • Take personal responsibility for everything you say and do for the customer—building trust with correct information and a caring attitude and tone
  • The willingness to offer our customers the customer service experience you yourself would like to receive when you call a company about something that is important to you—whatever that may be
  • Personally invested in how you are perceived by your customers in every single interaction you have, whether by phone, in person or via email
Primary Purpose:
Provide personalized, attentive, friendly, start-to-finish customer service for our customers, line reps, and consumers in a small, fast-paced, call center. Quality, personable, accurate, first-time call resolution is the goal. Receive inbound and make outbound calls. Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Answer medium to heavy inbound call volume daily
  • Provide product specs, availability, and shipment tracking
  • Navigate many avenues of information: catalogs, spreadsheets, databases, and internet
  • Enter replacement orders, research errors, request credits on behalf of customer
  • Continual and consistent self-education of product and procedures expected
  • Follow up and follow through of every call/email is of utmost importance
  • General knowledge and interest in the interworking of all departments in the company is expected
  • Provide policy and service information
  • Assisting customers with a warm professional attitude
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical issues
  • Make outbound calls to reach out to customers or voice general questions and concerns
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
