Position : Parts Manager

Schedule : Tues-Sat, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities :

As the Parts Manager you will be responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department by utilizing proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staffing efficiencies, pricing strategies, merchandising and marketing.

The Parts Manager is also responsible for managing department staff.

• Administer and maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the manufacturer.
• Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Ensure inventory is appropriate to meet customer demand while controlling obsolete and excess inventory.
• Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures and rules.
• Develop an effective team through training and performance standards.
• Responsible for the profitability of the parts department.
• Responsible for marketing parts and accessories.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience is required
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and CDK is a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $108,000 to $165,600, which includes base / draw, and commissions on Adjusted Parts Department gross.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
