•Previous experience as a dealership Service Advisor
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•CDK experience, helpful!
•Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction.
•General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations.
•Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
•Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills.
•Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record - required.
•Computer proficient.
•Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
•The ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere.
