Lithic is Hiring a Senior Account Executive Near New York, NY

Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world's fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.
We are hiring an experienced Account Executive with a passion for building relationships. This account executive should be strategic and hands on, and be able to translate technical problems into simple and compelling solutions. They should be resourceful and a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is passionate about fully understanding a domain, and succeeds by providing expertise and value to your clients.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for strategic verticals
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for early- and late-stage fintech companies
  • Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning business
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Be accountable for meeting/exceeding agreed-upon sales targets
  • Become the go-to expert for your verticals, and use that expertise to provide value to your prospects and insights to our product teams
  • Deeply understand our products and how they apply to customer problems, so you can be successful before we fully ramp solution engineering, sales development, and enablement
  • Partner with Marketing on customer targeting, outbound campaigns, and optimizing conversion rates at every funnel stage
Qualifications
  • 5 years of proven success in quota carrying sales role, with demonstrated experience selling SaaS based solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical products and APIs
  • Passion for achieving goals in an early/growth stage environment
  • Proven ability to take complex customer requirements and craft solutions
  • Strong writing, content development, and in-person and virtual presentation skills
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or API-first companies is preferred
Base Salary: $125,000 Commission Equity
*Role can be hired in New York City, NY or Salt Lake City, UT or Sioux Falls, SD or Austin, TX.
