  • Be Beyond Litmus
What would I do at Litmus? In this role, you will lead the Deal Desk function within the Accounting org, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Accounting. In this role, you will drive initiatives to ensure we are meeting the needs of the organization by providing quoting and deal structure support, creating scalable and efficient policies and processes, and regularly reviewing and reporting on deal making and sales activities. Your impact will be bolstered by your ability to closely partner with cross-functional teams, make data-driven decisions, and assist Sales and Account Management teams to close business.
In this role you will:
  • Own all things Quote-to-Cash inclusive of CPQ efficiencies, as well as Zuora and Sage Intacct billing processes
  • Oversee the Deal Desk team in a player/coach capacity
  • Review and approve sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines
  • Provide strategic pricing and contract structuring guidance to the sales team
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to resolve contract-related issues and accelerate deal closures
  • Develop and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization
  • Implement and manage CRM tools and systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Monitor key sales metrics and generate regular reports to provide insights into sales performance
  • Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting
What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?
  • Seasoned professional with Deal Desk, Finance, or Revenue experience; SaaS industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to negotiate, prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and work under critical timelines
  • Strong project management skills working across multiple teams
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and billing software; strong preference for Salesforce.com, Zuora and Sage Intacct expertise
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making
  • Working understanding of ASC 606 and legal contract review
Why should I choose Litmus?
  • We offer everything you'd expect from a profitable company that's been going strong for 10 years, including a great salary and stock options, comprehensive health care benefits, and a generous retirement plan match
  • You'll receive 28 days of paid vacation—on top of team retreats and public holidays
  • A platform for good: Affinity Groups, a culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and volunteer days—creating belonging for all is in our DNA both inside and outside of work
  • Remote-first culture. No matter where you are, you'll feel connected to the team
  • We take family seriously and offer flexible schedules and generous parental leave programs
  • We give you great tools and tech to do your best work: Hardware, software, and home- and office setups
Not sure if you meet all the requirements? Please apply! We know there is no job description that can measure a person's attitude, aptitude, or amplitude (the ability to turn it up a notch) and highly encourage you to apply.
Our approach is shaped by a strong respect for each individual. This applies to every aspect of employment – from equitable wages, work-life balance, the freedom to be your whole self, to equal opportunities for growth and development at Litmus.
