Description

As the Product Photographer, you are responsible for capturing the visual content creation for the company’s advertising campaigns, website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. This role requires an individual with strong executing skills, creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Design, curate, and manage the photography studio
  • Coordinate the technical aspects of the photography process such as lighting, visual effects, camera angles, and shots in alignment with brand standards
  • Conduct in-house photoshoots in partnership with the marketing and design team
  • Capture and produce quality imagery for product such as flay lay, and on-figure in alignment with style guides and brand requirements
  • Maintain photographic equipment and coordinate any necessary repairs
  • Maintain a safe, neat, and well-organized photo studio
  • Manage and maintain photography processes, systems, and tools
  • Maintain the company's photography repository, for ease of use and access
  • Edit and format images and artifacts in a useable, functional manner, with a 48-hour turnaround from shoot to final delivery

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in photography with strong emphasis on apparel photography
  • Comprehensive portfolio showing experience shooting both product and on-figure photography, retouching and editing
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop with working knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Suite tools including Illustrator and InDesign
  • Experienced professional who stays current with photography trends, lighting, technical advances and changing creative tastes
  • Familiarity with all aspects of digital image quality and output; file size, light and color balancing
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Motivated, organized, and enthusiastic; a proactive team-player who takes initiative and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365

Additional Details

  • Hours: As a full-time, non-exempt employee, this position typically works 5 days a week with flexibility to adjust schedule around special projects. This position is expected to be in the office Monday – Friday.
