Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards - Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems - Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned - Follow all safety and security procedures Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
