Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, including supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe environment

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs

- Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations

- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent customer service

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels

- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required

- Strong knowledge of food industry operations, including cash handling and inventory management

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests

- Proficient in supervising staff members, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
