**Job Responsibilities:**

The General Manager builds and supervises a team that achieves Little Caesar's customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability goals and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.

The General Manager receives direction and training from the Operations Director. During each shift, the General Manager motivates, directs, and coaches colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations and then follows up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, according to Little Caesars procedures.

The General Manager supervises all team members, including those under 18. The General Manager ensures the restaurant is prepared to meet guests' needs and works diligently to ensure each guest is satisfied with the service and products they receive.

The General Manager supports the Operations Director and is responsible for building sales and controlling costs using all cost-control tools and processes. The General Manager also troubleshoots operational problems and finds acceptable solutions.

• Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls.
• Mentoring, training, and developing skilled and motivated team members.
• Creating and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Collaborating with regional and corporate management to uphold brand standards.
