Experience and Education

· Previous retail experience.

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)

· Provide all guests with OUTSTANDING Guest Service

· Ensure all sales, cash, and operating discrepancies are reported in a timely manner

· Work with entire staff to ensure they are scoring 100% on all branded Mystery Shops

· Utilize suggested selling techniques with Guests

· Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure compliance with applicable age restricted product regulations such as tobacco and alcohol

· Maintain a neat and clean appearance in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

· Ensure cooler, store shelves, and displays are clean, fully stocked, and fronted

· Notify the General Manager or leader of any maintenance problems

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate by talking and hearing. This position is very active and requires constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and some climbing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 40 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
