About This Position:

Fresh Take Grocery is looking for a Dairy and Frozen Foods Manager to lead our dairy and frozen departments with expertise and innovation. This role involves overseeing all operations within the dairy and frozen sections, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and ensure freshness of all dairy and frozen products
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain staff morale
• Create and manage weekly schedules for department employees
• Oversee ordering of supplies and products for the department
• Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Achieve and maintain gross profit and sales goals
• Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Store Manager

Availability:

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
