Family Worker Job Description

Responsibilities:

Filing and record keeping of all children enrolled

Assist parents with enrollment documents

Recruitment & Marketing

Help families navigate social services and community resources

Assist with childcare needs and provide guidance on parenting skills

Maintain and update website

Collaborate with other professionals, such as behavioral health specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for families

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- Experience working with children and families in crisis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of community resources and social services
- Understanding of behavioral health issues and their impact on families
