Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities for preschool children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom.
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in a caregiving capacity, such as nannying, babysitting, or childcare.
- Ability to engage and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, compassion, and understanding when working with young children.
- Ability to create a structured and stimulating learning environment.
- Knowledge of early childhood education techniques and curriculum development.
