Title: Early Childhood Education Teacher (Full-Time)(Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 6:00am-6:00pm;

Job Description:

One child will be allowed to come for free upon emplyoment. Little Learner Academy, a community-focused and child-centered daycare, is inviting passionate, bilingual, and dedicated individuals to apply for our full-time Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher position. Our teachers play a crucial role in our mission to foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment for our children.

Responsibilities:

• Nurture, teach, and care for children who have not yet entered kindergarten.
• Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children
• Carry out the daily responsibilities of the center such as but not limited to:

- Feeding Children
- Cleaning up the room/kitchen
- Making lesson plans
- Scheduling Activities
- Implementing a general cleaning schedule on a weekly basis

• Implement our bilingual educational programs, engaging children in language learning.
• Create a vibrant, fun, and educational environment that meets the children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs.
• Regularly communicate with parents, providing updates on their children’s progress and daily activities.
• Respect and empathize with diverse cultural practices within our community.

Qualifications:

Age: Must be 18 years or older.

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field would be a bonus.

• Experience working with children, especially in a daycare setting, is preferred.
• Passion for early childhood education and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and solution-oriented approach.

• The starting pay for this position is $13.00 to $17.00 per hour with many opportunities for advancement.
