**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing and educational environment. The ideal candidate will have passion for working with children, flexible schedule, and love working as part of a team.
**Duties:**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety
- Assist with meal times, diaper changes, and potty training as needed
- Foster positive relationships with children to promote social and emotional development
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in toddler care, nannying, or early childhood education
- Ability to work well with students of varying ages and developmental stages
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
