**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Seat guests and manage reservations via 7rooms

- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

- Answer phone calls and take reservations

- Provide information about the menu and restaurant offerings

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with 7shifts or restaurant software is a plus

- Strong phone etiquette and guest relations skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of hotel or guest services is advantageous

Pay: $16.41 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Rotating weekends
