About us

Little Sprouts Learning Center a New Preschool Program that provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. We aim to inspire a love of learning from an early age and to give parents the confidence that their child is in good hands. Our goal is to help every child reach their full potential and become a Little Sprout who is ready to bloom.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team as Lead Teacher. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young children and have a strong understanding of early childhood development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating learning environment, developing lesson plans, and providing guidance and support to students. We are looking for an individual who is patient, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and align with the school's curriculum.
  • Observe and assess student performance to ensure that all students are meeting their educational goals.
  • Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • Preschool Teaching: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
