Intake/ Administrative Assistant

Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking an Intake Coordinator that will work with both our Autism Centers in Leon Springs and Westover Hills. We are searching for a motivated individual who is excited to help make a difference in children’s lives. Working closely with the Clinical Director, this team member will take charge of managing and owning our growing client pipeline and all client intake functions.
What You Need (Qualifications):

· High school graduate or equivalent required

• Personal Skills: Highly Organized, Collaborative, and Proactive

• Experience in Insurance Verification and Insurance literacy

• Experience with robust practice management/EMR system, preferably Leading Reach and Central Reach

• Computer literacy with both keyboard, printer, and fax machine.

• Basic proficiency in English, spelling and arithmetic.

• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines & regulations preferred

• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role
