Brides visit us from all over the country, our designers are exclusive to Colorado, and our showroom is exquisite. We are looking for an experienced, service and sales driven General Manager to manage our team and help our discerning brides select their wedding gown and accessories. Job Description:

1. Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the bridal salon, with genuine care, attention to detail, professionalism, humbleness, positivity and proactiveness.
2. Manage a team of sales, customer service, and operations staff, providing guidance, support, training, motivation, and accountability; with strong and stable leadership in thought and action.
3. Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
4. Ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the salon.
5. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a professional and timely manner.
6. Lead and oversee on-site logistics, including staff scheduling, building administration, and on-the-floor organization and management of all physical areas of the business.
7. Maintain expertise in bridal fashion trends, designers, and industry developments.
8. Represent LWD with excellent relationships with designers and industry professionals.
9. Work closely with Owners in all areas, providing excellent and consistent communication, reporting, and creative problem-solving through a trusted partnership.
10. Fill in as needed with any and all areas of the business, including sales, operations, and customer service.

Requirements:

1. Proven success in a bridal or fashion industry managerial and sales leadership role.
2. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt with grace and confidence to any and all situations, people, challenges, and opportunities.
3. A self-motivated, “get it done” work ethic that values mutual trust, constant learning and growth, and a culture of proactiveness.
4. Ability to analyze financial and sales reports and implement strategies to meet business goals.
5. Expertise in bridal fashion trends, wedding industry practices and empowering customers toward a confident bridal gown choice.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
